A good wine is born to be tasted. With a good Brunello, a Franco Pacenti – Canalicchio Brunello, you will not regret the time you indulge in tasting it. Wait two hours before pouring it so that it will give its best in the glass. When you are ready, pour it slowly and smoothly. Notice the color, intense ruby red turning into garnet. The aromas coming from the Franco Pacenti – Canalicchio vineyards and cellars are intense, fruity and floral with bush notes. Now it’s time to taste it: firmly structured, elegant and well-balanced, it will result in a slow and long emotion. The Franco Pacenti – Canalicchio Brunello di Montalcino undergoes an ageing period of at least 30 months in Slavonia’s oak barrels and additional 4 months in bottle. Anyway, talking about wine can make you more curious, but you can experience how extraordinary it can be only through your senses. From February 16th to 19th the Franco Pacenti – Canalicchio winery will be present with its wines at “Benvenuto Brunello” in the “Chiostro di Sant’Agostino” (stand n°2): Rosso di Montalcino Doc 2016, Brunello di Montalcino Docg 2013 and Brunello di Montalcino Docg Riserva 2012.
