thanks to its freshness and fruity notes, it’s very versatile. Try it as an aperitif or appetizer, with a typical Tuscan platter of cold cuts, pecorino cheese and crostini; or with pasta and risotto with rich sauces, from classic meat ragù to mushrooms.

Elegant, complex and persistent with vibrant tannins, it will give its best with time
26 months in 10 hl french oak, followed by 7 months bottle ageing.
Our advice for drinking it:
pair it with rich, succulent and structured red meat dishes with a bold, intense flavor and rich sauces; or simply with a traditional grilled Florentine steak. A great meditation wine, enjoy it alone to fully appreciate its complexity and depth.
