Ageing:

3 months in 25 hl Slavonian oak big barrel size, followed by 4 months bottle ageing.

Our advice for drinking it:

thanks to its freshness and fruity notes, it’s very versatile. Try it as an aperitif or appetizer, with a typical Tuscan platter of cold cuts, pecorino cheese and crostini; or with pasta and risotto with rich sauces, from classic meat ragù to mushrooms.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2021

It combines elegance and structure, with silky tannins, in a perfect balance that gives immediate pleasure

Ageing:

26 months in 50 and 25 hl Slavonian and french oak big barrel size, followed by 7 months bottle ageing.

Our advice for drinking it:

pair it with flavorful first courses like tagliatelle with truffle or pappardelle with wild boar ragù; excellent with roast and braised meats and game; try it as a dessert wine with aged cheeses.

Brunello di Montalcino “Rosildo” DOCG 2021

Elegant, complex and persistent with vibrant tannins, it will give its best with time

Ageing:

26 months in 10 hl french oak, followed by 7 months bottle ageing.

Our advice for drinking it:

pair it with rich, succulent and structured red meat dishes with a bold, intense flavor and rich sauces; or simply with a traditional grilled Florentine steak. A great meditation wine, enjoy it alone to fully appreciate its complexity and depth.
